Today's Paintings (10th June 2011)

These are ywo unfinished pictures I started today. The actual job (paying) is the wedding picture - it's 7' high by 4'wide - and it will be another of those with the faces cut out so's people can stand behind it and get their photographs taken.

The space city is on the back of the piece of hardboard I painted the Wolverine picture on last week. I was just messing around with the brushes while I was waiting for bits of the wedding picture to dry. I have some ideas for what I might do with it to finish it off. It's just a bit of fun, inspired partly by James Blish's Cities in Flight books.
